What to Expect
1
Your Smile Starts With A Call
- Simply give us a call at 737-257-4038 or click HERE to schedule your complimentary Smile Assessment. Please have your insurance info ready, if applicable.
- You will receive an email with all necessary paperwork, allowing you to complete it from the comfort of home.
- Our Patient Care Coordinator will give you a call the day before your appointment to answer any preliminary questions you may have.
2
Eagerly Awaiting Your Arrival
- When you arrive for your appointment, our super-star team will warmly greet you at the front desk and get you signed in. We encourage you to make yourself at home in our lobby, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and refreshments.
- Your Patient Care Coordinator will come meet you and give you a mini-tour of the office. Take this time to familiarize yourself and don’t be afraid to ask any questions you may have! You will witness our dedicated team and Doc Ak in action, and may even spot some of our current patients progressing towards their dream smiles!
- After your tour, we will take dental records (a CBCT and digital photographs) that Doc Ak will use to help diagnose your case and create your custom treatment plan. Records are part of your complimentary visit and are done at no charge.
3
Delve Into Your Goals
- Once your dental records are complete, you will meet in a private room with your Patient Care Coordinator. This is the perfect time to discuss your specific smile goals.
- At SmileOn we tailor your treatment to your lifestyle, choices, and objectives. We will work with you to custom build a treatment plan that is perfect for you, no matter what your preferred treatment modality is!
4
An In-depth Orthodontic Assessment
- Doc Ak will assess the records taken and meet with your Patient Care Coordinator to discuss potential treatment options and timing, based on your records and the preferences you discussed.
- Doc Ak will then review his proposed treatment plan/options with you. At SmileOn, we want you to help co-create the perfect custom plan for yourself or your child. Your input and questions are always encouraged.
- Once your treatment plan is finalized, your Patient Care Coordinator will review your financial options and any insurance benefits you may have. We have multiple payment options and are here to help you figure out which one best suits your budget.
5
Getting Started
- We realize taking time off work and pulling the kiddos from school can be a hassle, so if Doc Ak gives the green light and you are ready to get started with treatment, we are often able to take the first step in your treatment process the day of your Smile Assessment, saving you a trip back to the office.
