Digital Records
At your initial exam, we will take digital photographs and a CBCT as part of your complimentary Smile Assessment. This allows Doc Ak to get a full picture of your orthodontic needs.
Start Treatment
The SmileOntourage is here to help get you started with treatment. Oftentimes, we are able to start treatment the day of the Smile Assessment in order to save you some extra time. We know taking time off work and kids out of school is a hassle and we want to make things as seamless as possible for your busy schedule!
Relapse is a unique band that was formed in 2017 and is composed entirely of orthodontists. We have had the honor of entertaining thousands at various orthodontic conferences throughout the US. Some of the venues we’ve rocked:
- MOPC 2023, where we performed for 500 guests aboard the USS Midway
- OP Summit 2023 with a 1,500-guest audience at the legendary House of Blues in Orlando, FL
- The AAO Annual Session 2023, hosted a performance for 4,000 attendees at Wintrust Arena
Our ensemble currently features: Myself, Doc Ak, on lead vocals along with Dr. Doug Shaw, Dr. Jacquee Schieck on bass & vocals, Dr. Chris Teeters on guitar, Dr. Kyle Fagala on drums, and Dr. Brian Anderson on keyboards.
